Rigorous Testing
We use customized test equipment to verify proper operation. For example we simulate data that a Logger or a Dash receives and verify that is properly stored and sent to a PC for analysis.
Design Process
To ensure reliability we use a CAD-based design process. After PCB's are designed using Cadence ORCAD a 3D model of the board and components is created using Autodesk Fusion 360 to ensure a proper fit in its enclosure. New enclosures are also designed in Fusion 360 .To ensure the thermal requirement for the product is met, Autodesk CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) CAD tool is used to simulate the airflow around the enclosure.
